Philip Appiah Yamoah, alumni of Ensign Global College and owner of Barah Farms, was recently awarded as an outstanding young entrepreneur in Ghana. Students taking part in the University of Utah Entrepreneurship and Poverty Alleviation course in March 2022 had the opportunity to partner with Philip on their in-country project to learn about his venture and what makes his farm and hatchery successful. “
